Phillie is a Morgan Mare born in March 2011.
Paul Hagen bred her mother, a Morgan mare from Shediac, NB. She was the other horse for the 4H project. Paul could not care for Cameo and Phillie. They were left at the Sanctuary with the understanding that his grandchildren would come and ride them here.
